A really top CEO I used to work for came in and convinced the Chairman in a matter of a few months that he was holding the business back, he stood down very quickly and the business blossomed. This baggage has neither the courage nor ability to do that over a period of years, all about the money? Not the least bit interested in her programme.

A: Sacking is the easy part. It’s finding a replacement that’s the hard part. Personally I don’t want to see Wenger go and I don’t think Arsenal will be able to replace him with anyone better. It doesn’t always work out when you bring in a new manager. You have to think carefully who you bring in. Look at Man United for example, after Fergie left it didn’t work out for them.

If you look at the woman's House of Lords details you can only come to the conclusion West Ham is probably at the bottom of her priorities. I really think Sullivan should have dispensed with her services the moment she became a baroness. But we will probably have to wait until the dwarf snuffs it before that happens.

Considering the problems we have at the club, it is a joke that we have an MD that is not 100% focused on West Ham.

Instead, she's out filming TV shows, writing tabloid columns etc.

If she is not prepared to drop her other interests and on saving this club then she should get out.

Brady really is the weak point among GSB. No doubt she's obsessed by her image as, supposedly, a great businesswoman. It'd be relatively easy to embarrass her by painting her time at West Ham as a failure.
